Health & Safety;

• Promote Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) in all our operations and manage it in the same way as any other critical business activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and apply appropriate standards where respective legislation does not exist.
• Have a sound Integrated Management System (IMS), in which competencies, responsibilities and communication channels are clearly defined.
• Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, suppliers, providers, contractors and sub-contractors with adequate facilities and appropriate protective equipment.
• Identify and analyze potential hazards and security threats and implement measures to avoid, prevent, control and restrict the associated risks.
• Be prepared for a quick and efficient response to emergency situations to minimize the potential impact of incidents should they occur.
• Ensure that the factory is a drug free workplace as use of Illegal Drugs, Alcohol and misuse of prescribed Over the Counter drugs subjects employees and visitors to unacceptable safety risks that undermine the overall safety expectations of the company.
• Set targets and benchmark our performance to achieve continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
• Design work stations in a way that ensures employees ergonomic and physical well-being is taken into account as well as allowing employees to take breaks in between tasks to ensure physical fitness.
• Provide training and job-specific education to all employees supported by internal standards, procedures and instructions.

Environment;

• Design, build and maintain facilities and utilize services in a manner to avoid risk to people and the environment.
• Ensure proper handling of our waste products to avoid polluting the environment.
• Continuously remaining updated on current environmental improvements and best practices to ensure our environmental management system remains efficient and effective.
• Providing regular training opportunities to our employees and creating continuous awareness to our employees, suppliers, providers & contractors.
• Use energy and natural resources efficiently, prevent pollution and raise employee’s awareness to minimize adverse impacts on the environment.
• Identify and analyze potential aspects and implement measures to avoid, prevent, control and restrict the associated risks.
• Set targets and benchmark our performance to achieve continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.

Quality;

• Ensure the highest discipline in developing and maintaining the processes needed to produce a level of output and project management of a consistent standard of quality and at competitive cost.
• Foster good relationships with employees, clients, suppliers & contractors by effective internal and external communications and encouraging feedback.
• Determine the risks and opportunities that surround our processes and implement appropriate mitigative and corrective measures to give assurance that the system is effective.
• Set targets and benchmark our performance to achieve continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
• Continually improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.
• Document and measure quality objectives and targets through internal audit and Management review.
• Deliver signage works in accordance with the specifications and requirements of our clients.
• Ensure that every employee constantly aims to improve the overall quality of Company products and services.

The management will visibly and rigorously support the implementation of this policy. We also expect the support of all employees, suppliers, providers, contractors, sub-contractors and other stakeholders in order to make our HSEQ (IMS) performance one, which will earn us the continuing confidence of our customers, neighbors and the community at large.
